Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Lifa.st subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 10 days of first subscription: Full refund, no questions asked
  • Service outage or defect: Pro-rated refund for any period where the Service was unavailable due to issues on our end
  • Accidental charge: Full refund if you were charged after cancelling your subscription

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Subscriptions active for more than 10 days (you can cancel to prevent future charges)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (we recommend reviewing during the 10-day window)
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Violations of our Terms of Use resulting in account suspension

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at teamlifa.st@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription, you can reactivate it at any time from your account settings. If you received a refund and wish to resubscribe, you can do so by starting a new subscription.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscriptions are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
